To apply for the e-GDN service, if your selected issuing office accepts online registration, you can register via “iAM Smart” mobile app. Alternatively, you may download and complete the Registration Form for e-GDN Service (Form), and submit the duly signed Form to the issuing office providing e-GDN service. Please refer to the Treasury’s website for a list of issuing offices that accept online registration. | |
